Kansas Visit

This past weekend, I visited my sister back in Kansas. This trip got me thinking about some things, and helped me realize that:

• Moving to Dallas really was a great decision. I am so much happier than I would have been if I decided to stay in Kansas.
• I should not waste time continuously trying to stay in contact with people who do not make an effort to stay in contact with me. I need to be thankful for the memories I had with them, but move on. 
• Family really makes the best of friends. 
• I need to stop dwelling on the past, and focus on the future

On a side note, I have my second exam for my Infancy class next week. I am changing some of my test taking strategies and hope I do better than the last one! Prayers for confidence are much appreciated! I have a lot to do the next month in my classes, but am ready to end this semester on a positive note!
